Ricardo G. Tomei, DMD, is a graduate of The Central University of Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela. His postgraduate training includes his general practice residency at the University of Puerto Rico and his clinical certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.
